Our experience here was such great. The hotel was good small and nicely decorated, with marvellous location in the mountain. The staff was exceptionally kind, hospitable all the time. Location: the property was close to the coffee shop and museums, walks and restaurants and the Rose parade. Besides, just a few minutes from a national museum...

Ideal hotel, new-fashioned rooms, the staff was helpful! Booked a room with a really comfy bed. Extras like it's own balcony and an iron were appreciated. That property was in a magnificent and good location, on the mountains.

The hotel of choice in Karlovo. Small reasonably priced venue with amicable staff. A great selection of OUTSTANDING food. The location good near the open market which I loved. Near the centre and the city center.

The rooms were stylish and new-fashioned with balcony and comfortable bed, for instance, just what was needed. An electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware were available in the kitchen. The location was unbeatable and absolutely incredible there, on the mountains.

Impeccably clean, ideal hotel, good value. Really helpful and helpful venue employees all round. Large and well furnished hotel rooms with a really comfy bed. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

Our stay at Family Hotel Pak Tam was fantastic. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even changing our beds to separate ones within 20 minutes of our request. The hotel's location in the center of town made it a perfect base for exploring the nearby Central Balkan National Park.

The morning light was quite bright in our room due to the white curtains, so it would be great if they were replaced with darker ones or had blinds attached.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming family hotel in a central location. The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near an open market, which I absolutely loved exploring. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to find delicious meals. The room I stayed in was clean, modern, and had beautiful big windows with a stunning view of the mountains. The Wi-Fi was excellent, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.

That there was no breakfast available, but there was a lovely coffee shop on the ground floor where you can purchase some snacks and sweets.

The bathroom was quite small and outdated, which made it a bit inconvenient to use. the noise level from the street could be a bit bothersome at times.

The hardest part for me was finding the entrance to the hotel, as there was no clear sign. The wifi connection was poor and we had to reset the password multiple times.
